Thaumic Pipes not connecting to TX devices

This is a cross post and bug link that I have posted on the Thaumic Pipes github as well. Jezza/Thaumic-Pipes#16 is the issue at hand. I have spoken directly with Jezza from Thaumic Pipes, and he has informed me that the reason that his pipes are not connecting to your devices, while normal thamcraft essentia tubes do, is because his API has not been used. Would it be possible to add support for Thaumic Pipes into TX, so that things like the Crucible of Souls can be connected to a Pipe network, instead of having to first connect to tubes that dump into a jar, then have the pipe pull out of said jar?
