Crash with version 0.6.0 and TC 4.2.3.5, and unrelated bizarre conflict with Underground Biomes Constructs

The latest version of TX I can get to work with the latest version of TC is build 53, but this makes it so that some, but not all, of UBC's stones, when trying to make slabs and/or stairs, craft into their vanilla equivalents instead of what they should be. The two I test with are Rhyolite cobblestone and Greywacke, but there are others.

The crash with build 60 and TC 4.2.3.5 is as follows. It seems to just be looking for FXBoreSparkle in the wrong place; the file is located at \thaumcraft\client\fx\particles.
