Parameter basename in function routerForBrowser does not work if it ends with a slash

Hi! It is probably just a matter of making the documentation more explicit. I'll let you qualify this issue.
Anyway I lost a fair amount of time figuring out why my routing was not working properly. My basename was the result of an expression evaluating to "/".

I have had this issue as well. It should at least be mentioned in the docs.
