Apps don't start from background for new calls/messages/notifications

Which apps are affected?

App Launcher, Calculator, Calendar, Camera, Clock, Contacts, Draw, File Manager, Flashlight, Gallery, Keyboard, Launcher, Messages, Music Player, Notes, PDF Viewer, Phone, Thank You, Voice Recorder

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Close the app and clear recent apps
2. Wait for new call/message/alarm/notification to NOT trigger

Expected behavior

The app wakes up from sleep and the new call/message/alarm/notification is handled properly.

Actual behavior

The app doesn't wake up from sleep. The new message/alarm/notification is completely missed. Calls ring but there is no way to pick up the call or the screen doesn't turn on.

Not to be confused with:

This also breaks the 'apply icon color to all fossify apps' feature from the thank you app. The color change has to be 'applied manually' by starting each app.

We'll "fix" this is by adding a new 'general' FAQ entry to inform users about the apps being killed and how they can prevent that. Perhaps we could link https://dontkillmyapp.com for more help.

Fossify Calendar already has this FAQ entry:
