Using snowpack with plain html (with partials)

I'm having a lot of projects where i need to create plain html files and include repetitive parts like header/footer in their own files and include them via PHP. And i'm thinking - is there a way to make it work with snowpack? I really love speed of the package with support for my favourite tools like scss or css modules. In webpack i achieved this by proxy'ing, but i really don't like to use whole PHP server for simple include().

There is : https://github.com/mckabi/snowpack-posthtml. I would still prefer to have a light version without any external libraries for such a simple task
