Snowpack: Library / NPM Package examples or templates

Are there any templates or tested examples that demo standalone NPM packages for ESNext, typescript, react, tsx+react components?

@pika/web and related projects could build libraries. e.g. if someone wanted to publish a reusable library to NPM like react-select, @chakra-ui/react, a gatsby-plugin (say gatsby-plugin-mdx)

For @pika, it's not sure to me whether it was still in being maintained, @pika/pack's last release was 2 years ago. Is it accurate to say this project is what someone should use instead of snowpack?

Are there any idea systems for building typescript react components? Could snowpack do it? If so could there be an example?
