plugin-react-refresh setup results in ""@snowpack/plugin-react-refresh" has no bundle script"

While trying to debug the "$RefreshSig$ is not defined" error from CSA, I followed the trail of info and wound up following the instructions for setting up plugin-react-refresh. After following each step in the README, the result is

[error]: scripts[bundle:*]: Plugin "@snowpack/plugin-react-refresh" has no bundle script.

This makes me wonder if this line from the README could be wrong:

  "scripts": { "bundle:*": "@snowpack/plugin-react-refresh" },

Any thoughts? Thanks for snowpack, it's awesome!
