Installing new webDependencies that haven't been loaded via Pika CDN before breaks

I tried adding the package d3-dag to my webDependencies, but am getting the following error when I try to install:

Presumably this is happening because of the switch from Pika CDN to Skypack, but it would be good to automatically update the URLs, since I can't actually figure out a way to currently make this work on the current version.
