British channels with DVB and Teletext Subtitles

Hello, and first of all thanks to the contributors of this repository for the invaluable work they do. Most of the streams for the channels work fine, and it's especially nice having DRM-free British channels in their original quality, both audio- and video-wise. However, I was wondering if it'd be possible to add DVB or Teletext Subtitles to the BBC and ITV channels? That only if the streams will still have the same quality, the same audio and video codec and be as stable overall. If that's not possible, the existing ones are good enough.
