Idea: Can we leverage the addon manager to help translators?

Idea: make all translation files available to translators via FreeCAD-translation repo that the Addon Manager can also access and make available to translators who are trying to improve translations.

Frequency: 3 times a week with the option of the translator themselves (through the addon manager) have the ability (anytime) to download .ts files directly in to their local machine. Crowdin allows translators to do this.

Apologize. But I can't get the gist of the idea. For example, I use this script right after I make several transfers to crowding For check.

Maybe can make some code. Which will be triggered after a certain period of time and if the Internet is connected and ask if you want to update translations for your language. And if the user chooses yes, this script will be run.

This script has a drawback. it requires a crowding token. but as a plus, it downloads the most recent unconfirmed transfers made just a couple of seconds ago.

We can run the script on the FC side of things so the token is a non-issue.
