I’ve been investigating this issue but haven’t been able to reproduce it.

However, I noticed that the list is highly dependent on requests to api.web3modal.org, which leads me to suspect that those users might have had those requests blocked for some reason (proxies, VPNs, extensions, anything).

I’ll close this issue for now since it is not reproducible.
