UniversalEnchants has a compatibility issue with the Tetra mod (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/tetra).
When the two mods are installed, you cant enchant Tetra tools using the Workbench from the Tetra mod.
This has been tested with only UniversalEnchants and Tetra.

Steps to produce:

  1. Install UniversalEnchants and Tetra (Plus theyr dependencies)
  2. Go ingame and grab Workbench and a Blackstone hammer from Tetras creative tab. Also grab Silk Touch enchantment book
  3. Place down the Workbench and put the Blackstone hammer inside
  4. Click on "Head (left) Blackstone Hammer" and select "Enchant"
  5. Put the Silk Touch enchantment book into the "Enchant" slot
  6. The "Craft" button will turn red and when hovering over it, it will say "The provided material cannot be used for this schematic"

This DOES NOT happen when only Tetra is installed, so its an incompatibility with the two mods.

I have made an issue report on Tetras issue tracker too: mickelus/tetra#873
