VirusTotal showing 2 trojans on Windows MSI #480

When I run the Windows MSI through VirusTotal, it reports 2 possible trojans:
Fortinet: PossibleThreat.RF
Zillya: Trojan.Agent.Script.1762566

Any idea if these are real?
