Defect/Feature description

The wpasupplicant config generated by the linux installer for managed-idp, when network-manager is NOT present, is missing the user certificate/key and key password

How to reproduce issue

Install managed-idp profile on Linux with no network-manager present (e.g. Raspberry Pi).

Detail of issue

The generated config should contain these lines:

network={
  ...
  private_key="/home/<uername>/.cat_installer/user.p12"
  private_key_passwd="1234"
}
