download counters not right-aligned and not summarized

In the admin GUI of the eduroam CAT there are download counters for each platform in each profile.

To make the visualization more efficient, the counters should be aligned all right instead of default left.

Also, summary values would be nice as well as percentages to give an easier representation of how these values represent the client base.

Further, to also add more trend/prediction capability, it'd be nice to not only have the overall counters since the database was initialized, but additionally also the counter from last week/month/three months/year. Maybe in a CSV download if the UI otherwise gets too cluttered.
