Defect/Feature description

On https://cat.eduroam.org/admin/action_req_certificate.php currently when selecting the organisation for which a certificate is being requested, the organisations in the 'Certificate for Organisation' drop down list are ordered by date of being added to the CAT database (it would appear).
This makes it tedious to find the required organisation.

It would make for a more rapid selection of the organisation if the listing were in alphabetical order.
