IOU will start and stop no errors

I have a Centos 8 - 64 bit , 1.5Tera HD , 20 Gig Ram , Intel i7 process

I had to fix the 64 bit os issue working with a 32 bit iou bin file. Once I added the 32 bit files to support these files I do not see an error when I start the IOU but the the IOU does not start. I looked at the console there are no errors so I would like to located where I can locate what is happening or why its not working.

Note I used files from Fedora 25 /lib folder libz.so.1 and libnsl.so.1 but I do not get an error when I use them.
i have included the gns server log to see it starts and then it <>.
