Navigation on Topics page on catalog is supposed to follow www.data.gov's template. The www site has been revamped but catalog topic page was neglected. The menus are styled wrong, links lead to 404 pages.

Click any topics on catalog landing page.

Expected behavior

correctly styled menu

Actual behavior

styled wrong.
