Endermans can place/pickup? blocks on claimed chunks

I'm not 100% certain about picking up; but my area around base looks like total shit with both picked and placed blocks. I wasn't certain if those parts were privated; but today during a rain I've witnessed Enderman and 3-4 placed blocks inside my claim right inside my base.

I didn't made screenshot as I thought it would be an easy minecraft flag; but it turned out that it wasn't and was done with some extra plugins like world edit and world guard. I've searched for this kind of option inside serverUtil but didn't find it which prob confirms that they do can grief you inside claimed chunks.

It's annoying and it would make sense if this option was inside this mod as it already allows yo to do claimes to protect you from explosions and creepers. I'd like to have this problem solved not disabling mob griefing as a whole; or not running two claims mods for protections.
