Modular Drill Mining Delay #597

The modular drill does not insta mine blocks, unlike the diamond drill, it has a short delay in between breaking blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:
Mine multiple blocks.

Modpack: Prominence 2 rpg

fixed for me after i reloaded the world (-> main menu -> back)
