Underlined Full Stop in Modal Content #3228

Describe the bug
The full stop at the end of the modal content is underlined.

To Reproduce

Navigate to the main home page.
Click on the question mark next to the Dollar symbol.
The modal with information should appear.
Notice that the full stop at the end of the content is underlined.

Expected behavior
The full stop should not be underlined.
