[FIX] - 쿼리 많이 나가는 API 수정

🧐 설명!

• 차단, 신고 로직이 추가되면서 기존의 API에 쿼리가 꽤 많이 나가는 것을 확인하고, 이를 추적하여 수정하려고 합니다.
   

✔ 해야할 일!

• [GET]-/api/v1/user / 반정도 해결, user관련 쿼리는 미해결
• [GET]-/api/v1/user/search?keyword={keyword}
