Web_02: Manual selection of the year by sliding the slider ball is not allowed

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Navigate to URL: http://www.vizabi.org/
2. Home page of Vizabi will be loaded
3. Click the bubble chart available on the home page.
4. Click on the slide bar to select a desired year. Year is selected
5. Click on the slide bar to select the other year.
6. Note that the year will not be selected this time.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Desired year is not selected on the bubble chart manually. The selection of the desired year will work just for the first click, after that manual year selection will not work

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Manual selection of the year should be allowed.

I believe this was fixed as I can no longer reproduce this issue. Tested on Chrome and Safari on Mac OS. I do not have access to a windows 7 machine to test under different conditions.
