create Comment Section on posts #65

The objective is to create a comment section for every post.

The prerequisites in order to resolve this issue are -

The user should be logged in, in order to to comment.
On clicking the comment button, a comment interface should open.
The comment data should be added to postData ./components/posts.js.

Additional feature(s) :-

if not logged in, redirect to signIn page.
