Cleanup Hogarama Infra folders

As a developer I want a folder structure so that I can focus on my work.

Acceptance Criteria

• There is one folder with the name OCP-Infrastructure which contains the actual Hogarama infrastructure setup
  • Remove codereadyworkspace folder
  • Remove OpenShift3 folder
  • Remove operators folder
  • Move Debugging folder to Hogajama/configuration
• In the OCP-Infrastructure folder there is a README.md that describes how to use the setup
• Remove empty docs folder from the root
