MessageSimpleActions are not visible in threads

Motivation

Message simple actions are pushed out of the thread container, because the message may take its whole width.

Proposal

Provide a design, where actions button group will not depend on how much space does the message occupy in the thread.
In Slack the button group hovers above the message container.
