Round 82 QF Sponsor Donations and GIVbacks

Hey @mohammadranjbarz ... here is the list of donation data that needs to be added to the database in order to distribute sponsor GIVbacks for R82.
Remember that these GIVbacks should be on OP.

This txn was missed in R81 so we may have to adjust the date of the donation as well so that it is within the R82 timeframe (2/4-2/18)

@divine-comedian I have confirmed it in the UI and it shows as expected. I will pull the GIVbacks data in about an hour when the round ends and once I have the spreadsheet created, we can revert this donation back.
