Add drops to BlockBreakEvent

I'd love that, with the addition to change the drops directly in the event!

It would be simpler to have something like in the EntityDeathEvent https://github.com/GlowstoneMC/Glowkit/blob/master/src/main/java/org/bukkit/event/entity/EntityDeathEvent.java#L55-L62

You cannot change the drops, nor does it pay attention to enchanting.
