Is V2.0.9 a stable release that works?

Has anyone been successful deploying the current release version 2.0.9 on the master branch as an initial deployment?

I am running into an error while configuring initial application credentials as it is failing to run registration commands in Hydra Pod and producing a 500 error.

Before I wipe everything and start from scratch I want to confirm if this deployment release actually works?
