Very high CPU usage although using RTX 4090

What happened?

Hello!
When using the Reactor api as well as with the 1111 web gui I see a very hugh cpu usage (600%). Even if I set restore face to none.
I tried it with portrait image as well as with a fwace model. cuda is chosen in the menu. Is this a known problem?
