Smarter "offline" detection

Currently the bot can announce streams online and take measures when they go offline. To enhance this it would be great if the bot can see when the announcement criteria are no longer true e.g. scan for game X, streamer switches to game Y which doesn't match the game tag the bot is looking for, change game announcement to reflect this PLAYING DIFFERENT GAME or some such.

What would be excellent is the ability to change behaviour based on the time the stream status changes. Offline or no longer displaying relevant tag etc. within 15min? Delete the announcement as it's likely the streamer started streaming and THEN updated their title/game.
