Request for Reference feature of CodeLense

Hello!
I had a proposal to add Сodelens feature - Reference, which would be much more suitable to track the code (especially if the script has a lot of functionality), and also easily navigate which function is being used, and what functionality isn't used so it can be stripped, and also see dependencies in variables, structure and so on.

I'm fairly certain that this will need a new parser (I've started playing around with 4NTLR, but never had the time to finish it). In any case, if you want to try to add the functionality, make a pull request.
