User story:
As a Product Owner for the TTA Smart Hub, I want the application to meet all requirements of the OCIO Security team, so they will. give us the Authority to Operate (ATO) in OHS production environments.

Note:
This epic is for infrastructural work that doesn't already fit into one of the other MVP epics. Epics 1-7 are broken out by functional area. For instance, #79 is needed for ATO but is a user-facing feature that fits into Epic 1 (#25).

Work in this epic:
In epic 8 Issue is a child in the indicated parent epic
