Add configurable profile badge to indicate H-Group level

It would be nice to have a badge that's visible within tables that people can configure to indicate their preferred (maximum) level in the H-Group convention guide. This will make it very easy to configure the lobby to play at a level appropriate for all. Might be cool if it were a link to the /path, too.

An additional use case for this functionality: sometimes a table establishes an agreed-upon level for a game, and then some of the players leave and others join. If there is no explicit discussion, the incumbents may be inclined to assume continuity while the joiners may make other assumptions about level.
