[Bug] Detrimental Characters "Genius" stuck in clue

Describe the bug
During a Detrimental Characters game, after a color clue is given by the "Genius" character, the clue panel changed into the ripple loading effect and cannot give their next rank clue. A refresh is forced in order to proceed to their next clue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Join a Detrimental Character game
2. Get rolled for the "Genius" character
3. Give a color clue
4. Stuck with the ripple loading effect

Expected behavior
Allow to clue again with rank
