REQUEST: ASCII art flood protection

thanks haplo for the great plugin!

would you please consider adding an option for ASCII art flood protection when in a dungeon/raid? in duty finder raids, there is often some joker who spams ASCII art that makes huge chat bubbles visually obscuring boss mechanics etc.

ASCII art can include characters like this: （●．　）　|: >冊　 ／　λ|　⌒＼ √7ミ　 ﾄ、 etc
and take up 6 or more lines.

so if someone spams the characters above in a quick burst of 6 lines or more, could chatbubbles just suppress making a chat bubble of that? thank you

Honestly I wish SE would just rate-limit all the chats so those idiots can't do that.

I'm assigning Square Enix to fix it in their upcoming vanilla integration of Chat Bubbles.
