Hi, I want to reproduce your results. However, I am not familiar with the dbGap system. It seems that researchers need to apply for request to download your data.

Can you give me some hints about how to get access to the data? Or can you immediately upload it to a Google Drive?

Taking a step further, can you directly allow us to download your preprocessed .pkl file for researchers who are not familiar with the genetic data?

Hi, sorry that we cannot share the ALS data via other ways due to the protection of data privacy. You can only get the data from dbGap, please follow their instructions.
