Seed generated on Anchor Beta, for clarity.

The item spheres suggested that we needed to make our way into the Graveyard region starting from item sphere 01 (KF Mido Bottom Right Chest having KD's Soul), and sphere 02 (MQ Scrubs Fairies 4 and 7, IGC was inside Graveyard region as well). Working backwards from the Graveyard, there are only 2 ways in, either via Nocturne warp (randomized warp songs but NoS rolled vanilla), or via Graveyard Entrance, leading to Market from Potion Shop. Nocturne is unplayable without Ocarina C Down Button, which was at IGC MQ Scrub Fairy 4 inside Graveyard, which is self-locking, so that's unviable, so this already means it's impossible, as we started as Adult, and Adult is unable to enter Market Potion Shop Entry.

If we assumed somehow he could, the viable exits from Market are LLR via Market Castle Exit (which fully dead-ends), or Thieves' Hideout via Market South Exit (from a Storms Grotto, which would be impossible to access considering Ocarina C-Down was locked past it) though we did have Gerudo Fortress access via the Gerudo Fortress Gate Exit leading to Goron City, it just required us to intentionally get caught to get thrown to the front entrance. Otherwise from GF, the GTG entrance connects to ZR Shortcut, which we couldn't swim or use iron boots. One scale is locked by Song of Storms, one is locked by Fire Key Ring, which is in another child-only entrance (LLR Merchant Grotto), and one is late in MQ spirit locked behind many other things, while Iron Boots is also locked by Storms as well as actual access to LH, which was not plausible either, we had access to GV from GF side as adult, so we couldn't get across the bridge to get to the south exit which led to LH from Water Temple entrance, or down the river one-way without being able to swim.

If we considered the other child-only entrances in market (which should be impossible as we were still locked to Adult), that would also give us SFM, which only connects to Windmill, and while we did have Dampe's Grave access, we wouldn't be able to play SoT to get past the blocks without C-Down again.

That's all I could really narrow down trying to work backwards from the next logical location, I didn't work too much on the access or lack thereof of where we already could go because that's a much bigger pool of sprawling options, and I'm fairly certain we exhausted all options from where we did have access at the time.
