Precision Mode: Mindtagger does not automatically update Tags Statistics when update new data

When i completed tagging, mindtagger shown Tags Statistics correctly:

But when i update my data (.csv file) and run mindtagger again, Tags Statistics not automatically update new progress (% correct, % incorrect):

And if i tag any new one, % correct disappear, % incorrect still there:

If i tag more correct tag, % correct does not appear or increase.
I am useing latest version of Deepdive, testing on both Mac Os 10.11.4 and Ubuntu 14.04, all them have same problem.
I read carefully tutorial, i known mindtagger have to update precision value (Tags Statistics) automatically.
