hoj-springboot打包时出现问题

在打包DataBackup时，最后返回Could not resolve dependencies for project top.hcode:hoj-backend:jar:4.6: top.hcode:hoj-api:jar:4.6 was not found in https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 during a previous attempt. This failure was cached in the local repository and resolution is not reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced，好像被删库了

在hoj-springboot这个模块目录下进行maven打包package，因为hoj-backend等模块引用了hoj-api模块，所以在父模块hoj-springboot进行全部子模块一次性打包
