[Suggestion] Transmutation Enhancements

Transmutation is currently pretty useless.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding enchants that can be applied to weapons and armor that level in a similar way to the Crafting profession would be a great way to expand it's usefulness.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe throw the item stat re-roll and upgrade abilities as craftables into Transmutation?
