The year 2021 shows up on published page as "0001" #2127

I have had this issue before when working with dates that have yet to exist (March 2025), but it looks like hugo/academic theme is not recognizing January 26th, 2021 as a date that has already happened. I have a recent publication that I have listed as "January 2021" but when it is published to my personal site, the year comes up as "0001". Anyone else have these issues since using 2021 dates? |

I don't think "January 2021" is valid formatted date. What happens if you set the date to "2021-01-26"? |

Same issue unfortunately! I initially had it set to "2021-01-26", changed
it to earlier in the month, and no luck. Still "0001".
