The Archive is a messy group of pages / content.

I did a piece of work on this to give it some structure which you can see in the latest IA.

UNDP have said:

UNDP will tackle the organisation of the archive elements and get back to us.

Tracking was set up to try and see what PDF's people are downloading in Google Analytics, but it was not logging the file download. I've added a new event "file downloads" on 21.1.2020 to try and give us more insight.
