Hello,

I'm trying to create a function on IBM cloud through a python Jupyter notebook.

when I enter this code below

%%bash ibmcloud plugin install cloud-functions -f

I get this error

Are you still encountering this problem? ibmcloud plugin install cloud-functions works fine for me.

I have the same problem.
ibmcloud plugin install cloud-functions is not working.
