search on search parameters

for cases where a Audit Client wants to search for AuditEvents about Search events, with specific search parameters;
there is a need for an extended parameter to search on the .description element.

Although the .description element would include the cleaned search parameters, it is not clear what kinds of searches on AuditEvent can use this kind of a search parameter to justify the need for a search parameter extension, and thus to also drive conformance requirements for implementation.
