500 error when fetching Token #200

Uploads have failed in some circumstances.

Loading the token for the website returned a 500 error. This means that it cannot assign validation status for converted files

Maybe the AWS Lambda machine had gotten blacklisted somehow.

Doesn't seem to be very repeatable
