Create a summary list and zip up the submitted HML files, similar to the Immunogenic Epitopes report.

Update Gonzalo if this is ready, they're interested in what HML is submitted and what samples are included in them.

First Attempt at report was created, it's just summarizing and zipping the submitted HML files.

Still TODO: Parse HML and put Submitted Sample IDs in the report
Link the UPload to the project leader (May need to alter the REST endpoint to allow this)
