Option to edit response before it is read

With models such as deepseek, the /think/ part is read aloud before the real answer. While nice sometimes, it is unnecessary for daily use. If the response from the llm is wholly generated before being sent to be read aloud (honestly not sure about the technical details here), a simple option would be to remove the /think/ parts, through regex or other tools.
