Re-creation of Host not working

There is an issue on re-creation of Hosts using the same Clientname and hostname again, avanti will throw the error that the given Host-user already exists but, it will still insert the Host entry into the database but the host won't be created.

Example:
First time I create a Host using the client 'testuser' and the hostname 'testuser.host' and everything will work and you will also be able to delete the host.
Then you delete the given host.
On recreation of the Host with the same client 'testuser' and hostname 'testuser.host', avanti will throw that the User 'testuserhost' already exists.
