Describe the bug
Clicking "check and update" on nextcloud app instance in casaos main page caused the update to stop at 90% and now nervous instance cannot start. Discussion online describing similar behavior indicates that a bad nextcloud update was pushed to the casaos app store, and no method to roll back the bad update is obvious.

To Reproduce
CasaOS v 0.4.15 on Raspberry Pi 4 8gb with configured instance of nextcloud.
Click on the ... Button of the app and select "check and update"
See application go down (as expected) and update start
See update reach 90%
Wait an hour, then consider that dashboard may not be updated, reload dashboard to see still at 90%.
Wait another 30 minutes. Attempt to launch application from dashboard unsuccessfully.
Restart casa os machine
Still see nextcloud not started and every attempt to start it fail.
See no button to revert update.
Go online and find posts for the past month showing an altered and not properly configured update was pushed to casaos app store.

Expected behavior
Update to work, nextcloud to launch, roll back update button on failed update.
